Deep Stretching for Tight Bodies

Learn to let go of stress, release the issues in your tissues, and open your energy centers. 

 

Dessi’s approach to deep stretching combines Yin Yoga principles to release chronic tension and disengage unhelpful thoughts. In this program, you will:

 

 

*Learn how to stretch

*Practice Yin/restorative poses to gain meditative insights into your issues

*Learn to observe thoughts and emotions that create tension and chronic pain

 

Dessi guides you through a gentle practice which balances muscular, circulatory, and nervous systems, providing a harmonised approach to aligning body, mind, and breath.

Healing with Essential Oils

Take your and your family's health in your own hands!

 

Many of you have been attending my other workshops and have gotten to try some of the essential oils, and many of you have inquired to know more.

 

You are invited to learn how to utilise certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils for your health and wellbeing needs.

 

This workshop is free but the space is limited. Only 6 people can attend and registration is required.

 

During these two hours you will learn:

 

What are essential oils?

Why do they work?

The importance of purity.

How and when do I use them?

 

You will leave confident to know how to use the power of these oils to support your body in its healing. You will never be afraid again from flu season, colds, or any other health concerns. 

 

Tea and light snack (prepared with essential oils) will be provided.

 

Not recommended for children to attend (there is a lot to cover and everyone's full attention is required).
